The London Market Marketing Recall Index is a ranking of the Top twenty London Market whose marketing activities have been noted by brokers in the London Market.
The Index takes into account 15 separate marketing channels, including above the line (e.g. sponsorship and advertising) and below the line activities (thought leadership, events and emails). The marketing mix of the carriers within the Index therefore reflects the different mix of channels employed and is a measure of the reach of the activity among the broker community as opposed to spend, preference or influence on behaviour.
Gracechurch 2024 research shows that levels of marketing activity in the London Market continues to increase in both volume and influence (the correlation between marketing recall and consideration is strong) therefore those that are more successful in gaining broker attention through marketing activities, regardless of channel, are likely to see significant business benefit.
