Liberty Claims Campaign: Raise the Claims bar

In June, Liberty launched a groundbreaking advertising campaign in support of their claims promise. The campaign titled ‘Raising the Bar for Claims’ focuses on LSM’s superior quality of service and features a series of ads using a neat ‘elevation’ device – cranes, travel books and even a winners podium, all lifting up to highlight the superior LSM claims offer from LSM.  The campaign also cleverly brings in messages about LSM’s joined up global claims service.

Proof points include the Gracechurch Quality Marque awards that LSM has achieved over several years.
