The number one spot in the Marine bench strength (those insurers with the most underwriter nominations specialising in Marine risks) represents a closely fought contest between three insurers who have been battling it out for three years in a row. Ascot and Beazley are the joint winners this year, narrowly beating Chubb. IQUW (= 5th) and Navium (= 5th) feature for the first time. Tokio Marine HCC makes large improvements and sits 4th.
