The International Association of Claim Professionals (IACP) is a global organisation for executive and senior claim leaders in the insurance industry. It provides a forum for members to build relationships through networking, exchange knowledge on strategic claim issues, and enhance professionalism through conferences and educational webinars. With over 500 individuals representing 150 member companies worldwide, IACP focuses on industry challenges and emerging issues, fostering better business practices among insurance organizations and strengthening operational and leadership acumen.

The Insurindex-IACP partnership was agreed based on our common interest in the importance and profile of claims in the insurance industry.
Gracechurch has presented at IACP Conferences, and we are very close in terms of the mutually held relationships with claims people in the US and London and International markets.
This all meant it made sense to consider ways in which we could develop thought leadership and push the boundaries as claims evolves in the modern world. The research programme that we have kicked off will spark conversations and ideas that we both hope will raise awareness and better understanding of claims around the world.
The partnership will enable us to share and develop deeper insights on the talent, service, and brand aspects of claims across all the different players, including brokers, carriers and third parties. In addition, our combined experience and wide networks will mean that we can jointly lead out on the latest thinking on claims – all backed by objective evidence.
