UK Insurers Monitor End of Year 2023

The UK Insurers Monitor has been set up in partnership with BIBA, whose support allows us to build a comprehensive, influential and robust study. Results and trends are shared at a summary level with BIBA Advisory Boards and other trade bodies to encourage industry-wide initiatives and collaboration on service improvement across the sector. Results are also shared with all brokers who take part in the research. Gracechurch also uses these findings to provide actionable insights to our clients, with the end goal of improving service to brokers and raising the service bar within the insurance industry.
