Insurindex recently hosted an Employer Brand Breakfast to explore the key factors driving strong employer brand performance in the insurance industry and to reveal the top brands of the 2024 Employer Brand Index. Gracechurch’s Employer Brand Monitor data sheds light on why talented individuals choose certain insurance brands over others.

  • Strong company culture. Talented people want to work somewhere with a great culture. They need to know they’ll be given the right balance between autonomy and support, valued and motivated to contribute to their own and their organisation’s development
  • High quality leadership. Top leaders foster an environment where things work well and employees have an opportunity to grow. Talented people need a sense of direction and the assurance that their organisation is travelling in the right direction to influence the Market.
  • Career development opportunities. Nobody wants to work somewhere they won’t progress or be developed. Learning, training and the chance to work closely with other excellent people are all factors, as is a company culture of giving talented people responsibilities that get them to the next level.
