Welcome to the latest edition of the Insurance Technology Monitor.

According to the Gracechurch study, e-Trading is expected to be the norm within 18 months, however it seems there is a long way to go before systems truly meet the expectations of users.

Following this pilot phase, Gracechurch is building the survey out for release towards the end of the year providing more insight into how e-Trading is evolving and impacting the working practices.
