In this year’s tour of the regions, new CEO Graeme Trudgill, David Sparks Regulation Director, BIBA Area Manager Juliet Williams and our very own Ben Bolton, MD of Gracechurch Consulting will be coming to a regional centre near you.
Ben will discuss the results of the latest The Gracechurch-BIBA UK Insurers Monitor and reveal the net promoter scores for insurers by region.
The tour takes place ahead of the Region Knowledge Forum, where brokers can meet some of BIBA’s schemes and facility providers and also hear from a range of industry speakers to help Brokers learn and develop.
The event is free of charge and will qualify for CII CPD points for attendance.
