London’s Leading Marine Underwriters 2023: top ranked underwriters

For the third year in a row, David Kirk (Head of CGM Marine at Chubb) receives the most nominations from underwriting peers and brokers for being a leader in Marine underwriting. This is a remarkable feat, especially given the depth of talent within the field, and is only the second time this has been achieved by an individual underwriter. In this year’s shortlist, there are two new entrants: Andrew Moulton (Ascot) and Iain Henstridge (Apollo) are joint 2nd, followed in 3rd by Clive Washbourn (Beazley), who returns to the shortlist for the first time since 2018. Congratulations to all those shortlisted and all other nominees in Marine.
